Enjoy the holiday spirit with this vegan eggnog that has been spiked with Kahlua and vanilla vodka. Rich, creamy, and full of holiday cheer!
Ingredients:
- 4 cups almond milk
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 cup vanilla vodka
- 1/4 cup Kahlua
Instructions:
Almond milk, coconut cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves should all be put into a blender
Mix until it's smooth
Put the mixture in a pitcher and chill it in the fridge for at least two hours
Add the vanilla vodka and Kahlua and mix them in before serving
Pour into glasses, and if you want, sprinkle some nutmeg on top
