Chai Coconut Ice Cream



Enjoy the smooth, fragrant goodness of vegan Chai Coconut Ice Cream. This dairy-free treat is great for any event because it is made with rich coconut milk mixed with chai spices.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 chai tea bags
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

In a saucepan, heat coconut milk and maple syrup over medium heat

Add chai tea bags and simmer for 5 minutes, then remove tea bags

Stir in vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt

Allow the mixture to cool completely

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions

Transfer churned ice cream into a container and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm

Serve and enjoy!
