These Mango Sorbet with Banana + Pineapple Popsicles are a refreshing treat, perfect for hot summer days. Made with just a few simple ingredients, they're vegan, dairy-free, and bursting with tropical flavors.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup chopped pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave nectar optional, adjust to taste
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the chopped mangoes, bananas, pineapple chunks, and sweetener if using
Blend until smooth and creamy
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more maple syrup or agave nectar
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds
Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid
Once frozen, remove from molds and enjoy!
