Salmon with Lemon, Capers, and Rosemary

This recipe combines the rich flavor of salmon with the brightness of lemon, the tanginess of capers, and the earthy aroma of rosemary for a delightful seafood dish.

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 lemons, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C

On both sides, salt and pepper the salmon fillets

Cover the bottom of a baking dish with half of the lemon slices to make a bed for the salmon

In the baking dish, put the lemon slices on the bottom and the salmon fillets on top

A few capers and a rosemary sprig should be put on top of each salmon fillet

Place the last few lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets

Put some olive oil on top of the salmon

The salmon should be baked in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until it is fully cooked and flaky when pierced with a fork

Serve hot, and if you want, top with more fresh rosemary
